We faced an acute need to leave the “oil needle”, which we all hooked on. This dependence gave rise to a generation of dependents living through the sale of energy resources. It should be remembered that there is no single panacea that can solve all problems at once. So that the situation moves from the place of fresh decisions, innovations in other words – innovation. The economy must be translated into a qualitatively new state.
Breakthrough innovations can be called solutions that are able to fundamentally change the economic situation in the state. This concept covers a wide range of innovative solutions, the essence of which must be clarified.
