The problem of searching for work concerns almost everyone. Currently, such a direction of entrepreneurial activity as recruiting or recruitment is being actively developing, the purpose of which is the provision of personnel selection services. Although this business is quite young, it develops actively and rapidly. It arose in the early fifties in the USA very quickly spread in Europe. The very first recruiting agencies arose on the basis of consulting or audit firms, since they were more often than others in their everyday life with personnel problems and, accordingly, tried to solve them. Only in the sixties in Europe this service began to stand out in a separate type of entrepreneurship in Europe. Although everything happened in Europe, this development received thanks to domination at that time in the global economic arena of transnational corporations from the United States. In the Russian Federation, recruitment agencies began to appear only in the early nineties, since it was at this time that the active formation of market relations was underway. Since in Russia this process was more forced than natural, the formation of recruiting has passed some stages. That is, the high rate of development of this service was due to the rapid formation of new types of business. As a result, recruitment companies were formed as a separate type of entrepreneurship, and not developed within the framework of consulting. For the services of such companies in Russia, foreign customers began to be addressed primarily, namely, companies for whom this type of activity was the norm, and recruiters’ services were attached to activities with high quality standards. Also, many Russian companies at that time of time did not understand anything in personnel work, did not know what recruiting was, they had no concept to pay money for. It is worth proudly noting the fact that, despite all the problems that arise, Russian recruiting companies were able to resist such firms of foreign origin, thereby accustoming Russian entrepreneurs, as necessary, it is advisable and efficiently selected by personnel, resorting to the help of special agencies. In the modern world of technology, recruiters are performed by specialized sites, for example, HH. At the same time, they can be presented to both the vacancies of the companies themselves and the proposals from recruiting companies. In any case, the purpose of the recruitment is to satisfy the needs of the company acting as a customer in qualified personnel, that is, employees.
