I welcome you friends, today I decided to give you a little more theory about the competent maintenance of the Internet business. Although, after a test, this is hardly called the theory.

Every business person thought about what manner it is better for him to do business – soft or tough, and most importantly – how it would affect success in business?

I’ll start answering this question based on my own experience:

For 10 months, “cooking” in the Internet business I managed to chat with dozens of new people, from freelancers to experienced, successful Internet businessmen. In the first 3-4 months, my condition could be compared with a person who had just come to the Museum of Rembrand paintings. Communication on business issues of interest to me has always been built on the first principle – softness. To be honest, nothing good came out of this – therefore, there was no particular success.

And as a normally thinking person, I thought about two questions:

For me is Internet business?

If so, what I do wrong? (The question is excellent by the way, I recommend everyone confused)

After that, I decided to take a closer look at people who have long been leading business on the Internet and Off-line:

All Internet businessmen on business issues communicated in a hard manner, most off-line businessmen-similarly. It is far from necessary to go for examples: Bill Gates, Oleg Tinkof, Donald Trump is the same man who believes that “to achieve the desired one needs to be a little aggressive”.

I watched an interview with one very influential businessman in the field of real estate by a television. At least kill – I don’t remember the last name … But the reporter’s words about him were remembered forever: “In affairs are very hard, for family and friends – a loving, cheerful person”

As many have already guessed, after that my point of view on whether the stiffness in business and doing business is needed, has changed. Things went uphill.

But before making any conclusions, I want to say a few comments on this subject:

No need to confuse stiffness, concreteness with rudeness and rudeness. If a person rude, they are not doing business with him at all.

If you are a decent, friendly person, as well as it should be – do not build yourself a cool, specific businessman. Believe me – everything will get out, it’s funny. It’s just enough to be concrete, straight and not be shy.

Building business communication depends on the personality of your interlocutor. If the interlocutor is an intelligent person, it shows respect for you in advance – answer him the same.

And now the conclusions:

I think that stiffness in business is needed, and often. You need to learn to be specific, clearly express your thoughts, not mumble.

You are a timid person? – Do not go into business.

Between hardness and rudeness a thin feature – do not cross it.

There are no universal rules, so take my words with distrust. Perhaps stiffness in business is not your horse.
