I think each of us had a state when you get up in the morning and understand that you are terribly tired, although it seems that you just woke up and should be fresh and rested.. Or, for example, you come after a hard day, squeezed like a lemon. It seems that there is an opportunity to actively and useful to spend the evening, but I don’t want to do anywhere, there is no strength to move and say. You are familiar with you too? If this rarely happens to you, then there is nothing wrong with that. Our life moves in a frantic rhythm and is completely natural that sometimes we get tired, and we want to rest passively, doing nothing at all. But if fatigue covers you regularly, if you constantly have neither the strength nor the desire to do your usual things, that is, an occasion to think, because constant fatigue leads to frequent diseases, to irritability, aggression (or, conversely, to lethargy and apathy), And there it is not far from depression.
The causes of fatigue can be completely different. Here are the main ones:
– All kinds of stresses that our life is so rich in;
– lack of sleep;
– permanent occupation with the same type of activity;
– lack of physical activity;
– overwork, both physical and mental;

In addition, fatigue can be caused by various diseases (endocrine, diseases of the cardiac vascular and nervous system) or taking drugs (as a rule, this is written in the instructions in the section “possible side effects”). In these cases, it is better to consult a specialist, although in any case it will not hurt to get acquainted with a couple of advice given below.
Now a few words about what to do if you are constantly tired. I try to apply these methods regularly in practice, and they help me to cope with fatigue a great. I really hope that they will help you.
Change the activity. If you work a lot at the computer, then devote time to physical classes, at least for a short time. And vice versa. Sometimes a change of activity to the same type helps me. So, for example, today I came tired after work (I work at the computer) and took up my site (also, of course, sitting at the computer). Now I am writing this article and I feel a surge of strength. Also as an option, if there is no desire to go to the gym or do a charge at all.
Observe the daily routine. First of all, I mean sleep. Go to bed at the same time and try to sleep at least 7-8 hours. Currently, there are a lot of research on the topic of sleep, including how to sleep for 6 (or even 4) hours a day and wake up a vigorous and complete strength. However, I believe that it is not worth raping my body, so I still recommend the standard duration of sleep.
Make a list of things. We all have a lot of things, but if they are all so important as to sacrifice their health? It is unlikely. Therefore, I recommend that all my affairs systematize, first of all, for the importance for you. Do not jump above your head and do more regularly than you are able.
Be a positive. This is a great recipe for many cases in our lives. As an option, you came home after a difficult working day and instead of hiding on how tired you are, think about how much you managed to do today, and even better if you write it down in your diary of success.
Other. I will not stop in detail, I will just list what still helps in the fight against fatigue:
– contrast shower, dousing, wiping with cold water;
