The amendments to tax legislation will lead to the fact that prices in small stores will increase. The appeal was supported by 50 participants in the legal forum. The new legislation regarding taxation entered into force on January 1, 2012. According to him, a single tax on imputed income in favor of other types of taxation will be canceled. Such a development of things does not leave any bright prospects for small businesses. The transition to a simplified taxation system for most small enterprises will lead to the fact that they will lose in profits. Such loss in small business income can lead to a deterioration in the situation in the country as a whole. The law on changing the tax system was adopted by the State Duma in the first reading in May. By the end of the year, he has every chance of being approved and begin to act. The start of the first stage of tax change is scheduled for January 1, 2012. It provides for the abolition of a single tax on imputed income (UTII) in favor of other types of taxation. Small business is unprofitable. Especially dangerous are the consequences of the cancellation of a single UTII tax for a business working in the field of trade and services. The new taxation system leaves no place on the market for small retail outlets, putting them on a par on taxes with large companies. In this case, large business will dictate its prices and ruin small companies. New tax legislation can worsen the situation of 130 thousand small businesses in the field. Businessmen wanted their appeal to achieve a revision of the existing tax situation. Small business is an integral part of large Russian production. Leaving the market of a significant part of small business can lead to a reduction in production and deterioration of the state of the economy of regions. Small business working in a short investment cycle was able to create additional jobs, become reliable sources of income to the state budget.
